My emotions garland kit

Who am I? I am made up of all of my emotions. At turbulent times, it’s good for your little ones to identify how they’re feeling. In this reflective activity, you and your family get to identify all your different feelings and make a nature-inspired hanging garland out of beads, clay and wire!

Contents: Branch, yarn, twine, wire, beads, air dry clay, emotion chart, card paper tag.

Each mindfulness kit comes with 3 mindfulness activity cards.
